Sell Your Website With No Broker Fees

How we work with sellers

If you sell your business through a broker, you will lose 10% or more of your purchase price to their fees. If you sell your business to Kingmakers, you keep 100% of your proceeds. No hidden fees, no catch.

Why Sell To Us?

The Kingmakers team has acquired 20+ websites in the last 5 years and we have streamlined every step of the acquisition process to make sure you have a great experience.

We understand that your business is your baby, so we do our best to pay a fair price and continue your legacy by effectively growing the business after we buy it.

Below is an outline of the entire process if you decide to sell your business to us.

Pre-Offer

During this phase, we will get to know you and your business.

Step 1: Initial phone call

Jump on a call with our team and ask us questions. We’re happy to be transparent about our process and we can talk through next steps. You can then decide if working with us is a good fit.

Step 2: Initial requests

Here we will ask for a few items so we can learn more about your business – like a profit & loss statement and read-only access to your Google Analytics.

Step 3: Follow up call

After we have received everything, we will most likely have several questions to solidify our understanding of how your business works.

Step 4: Offer

Upon reviewing everything we will submit an offer. After we agree on a price, our team will then issue a letter of intent to purchase the business.

Post-Offer

After an LOI is signed by both parties, we will begin a due diligence phase. During this time we will ask for several items and dig a little deeper into your business.

  • Last three years of tax returns.
  • We use a third party, independent financial auditor to verify income and expenses.
  • Our growth department will reach out and ask several questions related to your website to gain further understanding of your business.

Purchase Agreement

Once the diligence phase is complete, we will then issue a purchase agreement and set a closing date.

On the closing date, the funds will transfer to your account and our team will work with you to transfer all of the assets.

You get to celebrate all of your hard work!
